So what is Bill Fest?  A salute to the initiator of the OBX spring tour 2005.  Yes the anchor of Ocean City himself was making plans before the winter snows had melted, when most were in the deep stages of hibernation.  Bills wake up call to the south kicked off a non-stop weekend full of intense OBX style skating. 
 
             Ironically this guy just happen to be celebrating his 21st Birthday this particular weekend, adding even more party to the party.

Sunday morning we got a surprise tour of Mike Rhoe's surfboard shaping room, followed by a session in his backyard pool:
 
                             

    
                                                      
The ride home called for a pit stop in Chuckatuck, VA:
              
  
                                      
So in conclusion of this wacky weekend, Bill Fest is what Bill Fest does and in the end everything sucks but Chuckatuck!  Get off your ass and GET SUM!
