Hurricane Fabian 
 
   She was born just in time for the Labor Day Celebrations.  Charging with energy she made her sweep across the great Atlantic.  A perfect storm in that she gave force without damage.  A perfect reason for some Chaumpa's to head down south to the OBX.  A perfect start to the September sessions of 2003.
